Origami


Simple Origami

Origami is the art of folding papers. Although it sound a little weird some people can make amazing things with only a piece of paper and their origami skills. they can do things like this->

well i can't teach you how to do this in one post, but i can teach you a few more simple things that you can learn fast and that look very nice.

the tutorials:

1.origami box:

i recommend you to start with something easy and a box is pretty easy to do. but don't be frustrated if you experience difficulties, it takes a little time to get into it. the video:

2.origami frog:

 this is a little harder but after a while and maybe a few tries you will definitely understand it.

3.origami bird

not much harder than the frog, a nice practice. don't worry if you can't flap its wings - i couldn't make it work, but it still look nice.

A Few Tips

*if you don't have a square paper just take a regular paper and fold the shorter edge on a part of the longer edge than you will have a folded square(that looks like a triangle) so just cut the rest of the paper and unfold the paper and you will have a square paper.
*if it doesn't work in the first times don't give up just try again, if it still doesn't work leave a comment here and i will try to help you as soon as possible.

juggling

Juggle 3 Balls

I assume you all seen someone juggle 3 balls - it's pretty cool trick. Although it's look hard it's actually not that hard to learn and after a few days you will be able to juggle(maybe not very good but it will be impressive)

A few Tips

*In case you don't have juggling balls you can use more common things such as tennis balls and if you cannot get anything like this you can use a roll of toilet paper ( i will recommend you to tear rip about half of the roll to make it smaller and more comfortable, and use rubber bands  in order to shape it like a ball).
*The more you practice the better you are.
*Learn over a bed or a table so when a ball fall you don't have to start looking it on the floor.
*While you learn put some extra balls right next to you so you don't have to pick the ball off the floor every time he fall down.

Lucid dreaming

Lucid Dreaming

In case you had never stumbled the term "Lucid Dreaming" here is a little explanation: a lucid dream is a dream in which you are aware of being dreaming, and after you become aware to this you can change the dream to whatever you want it to be.


There are 2 main ways to have a lucid dream:
1.To plan it and go to sleep when you intent to have a lucid dream. In this way you can decide when you will dream those dreams, however it had its cons.
2.To learn how to identify your dreams. Since you already dream at night you will learn how to know when you are dreaming and after you understand it, you can change things as you want.

1.planned lucid dream:

First get into bed, lay down on your back with your hands next to you and close your eyes. Don't move! you will have to stand still looking like you are a sleeping but stay awake. After a few minutes your buddy will start checking if you are really sleeping by sending impulses like an itch, a wanting to move or blink. You must resist those impulses in order to get into the lucid dream. after 20-30 mins you will start feeling a weigh on your chest and maybe even hear weird noises, if you will try to move you will find out you cannot because you are in a sleep paralysis(here is a little info about it from Wikipedia). If you will open your eyes you will start hallucinate. Then all you have to do is close your eyes and you will have a dream in which you are aware of it, and with little practice you can control it.

My opinion: Although where are a lot of people that will say this works, when I tried it i found myself wasting 40 mins for laying in bed - in other words this didn't worked for me.

Another con this way have is that a lot of people can really freak out when they have a sleep paralysis so this is not very recommended way.

2.Identify a dream:

For doing this you will have to slightly change your daily routine. You need to ask yourself a few times in the day: "am I dreaming right now?", and by getting use to doing it while you are awake you will start doing this when you will be in a dream and then you will understand that you are in a dream. 
2 ways to do it better:
1.Since sometimes the dream feel so real you can actually believe it is real and then the question won't help. So to get pass this, instead of asking yourself this question you can start trying to do things that you know that aren't possible doing the day. If you will try them in the dream almost always be able to do it. examples to things you can do: moving things with your mind, stretching your finger to twice it size and things like this.
 Of course you can do big things like jumping extremely high and things like that but remember you will do it few times everyday so it is better if you will chose action that doesn't involve hard work and will make you look like idiots.
2.you can start asking this question whenever you drink. Then go to sleep when you are thirsty. Because you are thirsty you will go to drink in the dream and then you will definitely won't forget to ask this question while you are in a dream.

A few Tips:

* personally i prefer the second way - but you can try them both and decide what is better for you.
